02.02.2012 EMAlliance will Put Equipment of Berezovskaya GRES into Operation
PJSC EMAlliance and CJSC EnergoProject have concluded a Contract for performance of works on erection supervision and commissioning supervision of Boiler Equipment within the framework of construction of Power Unit No.3 of Berezovskaya GRES (JSC E.ON Russia). According to the Contract, value of the works will amount to over Rub 150 mln.

PJSC TKZ Krasny Kotelshchik (the main manufacturing assets of PJSC EMAlliance) has shipped a Plain Tube Water Economizer, weighing about 152 tons, for Kirishskaya GRES.

24.01.2012 EMAlliance and Technopromexport Rehabilitate Power Capacities of Iraq
PJSC EMAlliance and PJSC VO Technopromexport have signed a Contract for Supply of Boiler Supporting Steel Structure Parts for Power Unit No.3, Hartha TPP in Iraq, with capacity of 200 MW, whose reconstruction is carried out by Technopromexport. The Contract value is over Rub 100 mln.

On the results of the year 2011 PJSC TKZ Krasny Kotelshchik (which is the main production assets of PJSC EMAlliance) has increased the finished products shipment more than 39% (by 9 thousand tons) as compared to the year 2010.

16.01.2012 Krasny Kotelshchik Shipped Equipment for Cherepetskaya GRES
PJSC TKZ Krasny Kotelshchik (the main production assets of PJSC EMAlliance) has shipped high pressure drum for Cherepetskaya GRES (the branch of JSC OGK-3). The equipment weight is about 120 tons.

25.12.2011 Krasny Kotelshchik has Shipped Equipment for Nyaganskaya GRES
Taganrog Boiler-Making Works Krasny Kotelshchik (the main manufacturing facilities of PJSC EMAlliance) has shipped a HRSG for Nyaganskaya GRES weighing about 4100 t.

21.12.2011 “Krasny Kotelshchik” will Supply Equipment for Kharanor SDPP
The Taganrog Boiler-Making Works “Krasny Kotelshchik” (the main manufacturing facilities of PJSC EMAlliance) has manufactured two PV-775 for Kharanor SDPP, the total weight of which is more than 113 tons. The equipment supply is planned for January 2012.

20.12.2011 EMAlliance and NOOTER/ERIKSEN Have Extended License Agreement
PJSC EMAlliance and NOOTER/ERIKSEN (USA) have concluded an Amendment to current License agreement signed in 2008. The document was signed by Mr. Dmitry Tarasov, Vise-President of PJSC EMAlliance, and Mr. Donald H. Lange, President of NOOTER/ERIKSEN.

12.12.2011 EMAlliance will deliver equipment for three biggest Power Plant Projects in Ukraine concurrently
Based on the latest bid awards, JSC EMAlliance concluded contracts for designing and supply of power engineering equipment for three Power Plant Projects in Ukraine which are as follows: Power Unit No.6 at Kurakhovskaya TPS (owned by VOSTOKENERGO Ltd.), Power Unit No.3 at Zaporozhskaya TPS (owned by JSC DNEPROENERGO) and Power Unit No.5 at Burshtynskaya TPS (owned by JSC ZAPADENERGO). The total price for works on the above Projects is more than RUR 480 million.

The Taganrog Boiler-Making Works Krasny Kotelshchik (the main manufacturing facilities of PJSC EMAlliance) has shipped the last sixth PN-1800 Shell weighting 17,1 t for Kurskay NPS.
