“Krasny Kotelshchik” Raised the Level of the Enterprise Employees’ Salaries
PJSC “The Taganrog Boiler-Making Works “Krasny Kotelshchik” (TKZ) was among the first enterprises in Taganrog to raise the level of salaries of its employees. The salaries of TKZ employees have been increased since April 1, 2021.
The increase in salaries takes place at the enterprise annually in accordance with the social policy implemented by TKZ. Its main principle is to build a fair and transparent remuneration system. When increasing salaries, the level of salaries in the regional labor market is considered.
Today TKZ is one of the most attractive employers in the region. The average salary of PJSC “Krasny Kotelshchik” employees is 48,754 rubles, while the average salary in the Rostov region is 34,398 rubles, in Taganrog - 29,539 rubles.
The positive dynamics of the enterprise is facilitated not only by the systematic increase in wages. TKZ has various programs aimed at professional growth of the staff, increasing its motivation and stimulating work results. In particular, the practice of paying an annual bonus has been introduced. Its level depends on two components: the fulfillment of individual goals by a specific employee and corporate results.
