Fabrication of steel structures

welded and bolted steel structures:

  • level floor jigs for trial assembly of structural steelwork items with a single weight up to 100 tones;proizvodstvo_bez_davlenia.jpg
  • all required welding equipment used in fabrication of steel structures. For fabrication of steel structures for boilers & buildings used are the welding processes as follows: MAG, SMAW and mechanized submerged-arc welding;
  • plate straightening machine (for plates 3250 mm wide and up to 60 mm thick) for straightening initial plates and pre-welded plates;
  • special shot-blast plants for steel structure surface preparation before painting and preservation.
The above mentioned welding equipment makes it possible to produce by welding about 400 tones steel structures per month.


tubular and regenerative air preheaters:

  • turning-and-boring machine of 1580L model for turning cogwheel vozduhopodogravateli.jpgtooth rims and radial seal plates with the maximum turning diameter of 8000 mm;
  • screw-cutting lathes for machining shafts up to 2000 mm in diameter and up to 10000 mm long;
  • horizontal boring machine “Toshiba” for machining workpieces up to 10000 х 1500 х 6000 mm for fabrication of regenerative air preheaters;
  • production line “Kraftanlagen” (Germany) for fabrication of hot & cold end heating elements for RAPH (production capacity is 60 heat storage plate baskets per shift);
  • radial level floor jig for assembly & welding of RAPH assemblies of 20000 mm in diameter, having special radial beams with grooves to fix parts during fit-up & trial assembly;
  • level floor jig with an area of 400 m2 for trial assembly of RAPH steel structures;
  • level floor jig of 15000 х 4000 mm is used for assembly of RAPH supporting beams to carry out fit-up & welding works with a high accuracy ;
  • level floor jig for trial assembly of RAPH housing.


machining parts with required accuracy:

  • turning-and-boring machines for turning parts up to 5000 mm in diameter and up to 3200 mm high;mehanoobrabotka.jpg
  • horizontal boring mills with a spindle diameter from 80 to 220 mm;
  • machining centers, model IS 800 PMF 4 (multi-purpose CNC high- precision horizontal milling & boring machine, with a working table sized 800 х 800 mm);
  • machining centers, model IP 500 PMF 4 (multi-purpose CNC horizontal milling & boring machine, with a working table sized 500 х 500 mm);
  • gear-milling machines used for machining workpieces with the maximum diameter of 2000 mm and with the maximum tooth module 20 used for steel, and 25 for cast  iron, respectively;
  • plane & milling machines equipped with 2 horizontal and 2 vertical spindles with the maximum working table sizes of 2500 х 8000 mm.


presses & forgery:

  • forging presses - air-and-steam forging hammers, with falling part weights from 0,075 to 3 tons, capable of producing forgings up to 400 kg, made of different steel grades;

  • press equipment - hydraulic presses, crank presses, screw presses (friction and  arc-type driven presses) with force characteristics from 40 to 2500 tons, providing fabrication of a wide forged piece range as follows:
    — elliptical heads with ∅ 325 - 3400 mm and S=6-115 mm;
    — lens compensators made of plates;
    — U-bends with ∅ 133, 159, 168, 219, 273 and 325 mm;
    — bends of ∅ 108-465 mm made in dies;
    — pressed-and-welded bends with ∅ 720, 1020 and 1420 mm;
    — pressed course sections up to 80 mm in thickness;
    — perforated plates;
    — fasteners for assembly fixing: ogee clips, scallop  plates, side plates, semi-yokes, yokes, etc.;
    — flat heads of fire-tube boilers;
    — forged and die-forged ends.
